Responsibility After Shipment
Once a tracking number has been issued:
- The shipment is considered in the possession of the carrier
- Kai Wai Collection is not responsible for the completion of delivery
- Kai Wai Collection is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Kai Wai Collection is not responsible or liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages damaged during shipping
- We will make a good faith effort to:
- Assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier
- Help resolve issues where possible
However:
- We are not required to issue refunds or replacements if the shipping carrier is at fault
- Resolution is dependent on the outcome of the carrier’s claims process
