Overview

At Kai Wai Collections, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.


Market Purchases (In-Person Events)

All sales made at markets, pop-ups, or in-person events are final.

  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No exchanges

Once a purchase is completed at a market, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances.


Online Purchases

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements under the following condition:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

Damaged Item Requirements

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. You must email kaiwaicollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Clear photos of the damaged product
    • Your order number

Failure to contact us within this 7-day window will result in the request being denied.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date
  • The item must be sent back in its original condition (as received)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Issue a replacement, or
  • Process a refund (if replacement is not available)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Any request made after the 7-day window
  • Any item not reported as damaged upon arrival

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for damages reported after the 7-day period
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout
