Overview
At Kai Wai Collections, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.
Market Purchases (In-Person Events)
All sales made at markets, pop-ups, or in-person events are final.
- No returns
- No refunds
- No exchanges
Once a purchase is completed at a market, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
Online Purchases
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements under the following condition:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
Damaged Item Requirements
If your item arrives damaged:
- You must email kaiwaicollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
Failure to contact us within this 7-day window will result in the request being denied.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date
- The item must be sent back in its original condition (as received)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Process a refund (if replacement is not available)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Any request made after the 7-day window
- Any item not reported as damaged upon arrival
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for damages reported after the 7-day period
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout
